It’s May! It’s a busy month! This is often where health habits start to fall off the wagon given the end of school year events, the vacation planning, the longer days, etc!

Let this be your friendly reminder to not forget about YOU for the next few weeks as we get ready for summer!

If you’re new to the studio, or haven’t been all year yet, join us for only $79 for the rest of May! You can essentially come 6 days a week to any group class. So sign up, take advantage, do a little 3 week challenge and make yourself proud!
