It’s funny how life steers us. Over the years, I’ve found myself specializing in providing mindful movement to those who have special needs. It could be anything from an injury to pregnancy to major systemic conditions. Sure, there are protocols to follow and contraindications to be mindful of. At the end of the day though, it’s all about listening and showing my clients unconditional support in their journey. I realize that I can’t share their journey, but our experience together can be a positive light in their path to health ✨✨
