The past year has seen a flurry of activity related to Title IX. New regulations, lawsuits, and a new presidential administration have created confusion around Title IX and the responsibility of postsecondary schools to address s*x discrimination and s*xual harassment.

Chris DeLuca with DL Training Solutions LLC will present this three-hour online webinar for training on both the current Title IX regulations and schools’ continuing obligations under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). Title IX and VAWA require all Title IV institutions to have policies in place designed to reduce incidents of s*xual harassment, and to investigate and adjudicate formal complaints of s*xual harassment, including s*xual misconduct. Chris provides instruction and analysis to these complicated laws and regulations in an understandable form, and will focus on the recent changes with respect to Title IX. Upon completion of the webinar all registered participants will receive a certificate of completion and a copy of the presentation materials.
