Question. Reach out if you are an attorney that might be able to 'fix' this. Condo in clearwater was built in the 70s as an apartment. One 'unit' was never platted/deeded. Is there a way for the HOA to take this out of the 'communal' property, make it a taxable entity and sell the unit? Thanks!!
