Over 200 families in Cobb County walked away from the Fair Oaks Community Back to School Bash ready for the school year ahead. 📚 At Pearson Middle School we distributed school supplies, diapers, period products, and clothing to families who needed them. Because the research is clear. When kids do not have what they need, they are more likely to fall behind, disengage, and miss out on the learning experience they deserve. 🩷
A lot has changed around here lately and we have some feelings about it. 🩷 A new warehouse. A brand new website. And a community that responded in the most incredible way. Our in-kind donations have grown over the last few months and we are just so grateful. None of this happens without the people who show up for this mission again and again. Thank you Atlanta. You never let us down.

Three incredible teams. One very full warehouse. 🩷 This month SHRM, the Atlanta Recording Academy, and Gwinnett County Government all volunteered with Helping Mamas Atlanta, and we are so grateful for every single person who showed up. Gwinnett County Government also came bearing gifts, donating 9,868 diapers, 4,034 period products, 658 health and hygiene products, 323 clothing items, 238 cloth items, 188 bottles, 5 breast pumps, and 286 wipes. Thank you all. This is what community looks like. 🩷
