We'll have another round of sidewalk samples this afternoon! This morning, the Ecolibrium3 Urban Farm team harvested lettuce, garlic scapes, parsley, zucchini, green onion, and kale. Stop by this afternoon to try some produce and meet our team!

Turns out, figuring out what we should stock and where it should go in the store is quite the puzzle. Thankfully, we’ve had some help from our distributor guiding us along the journey.

Shoutout to the Eco3 Food Corps crew for their great work with the patio! A handful of the summer cohort helped us plant and spruce up our back door.

Our back patio needed it after some invasive weeds had taken control of a section. But no longer!

Stop by this Tuesday and grab some FREE produce at our pop-up in front of the store! We’ll be handing out produce that was picked the same day! We’ll be out from 2:30 - 5:00 p.m. hope to see you there!

Expect the farm to bring some more lettuce, dill, bokchoy, and cilantro to hand out. And possibly some kale and zucchini!

We had our best giveaway yet! On Tuesday, we were out once again in front of the store giving away fresh produce!

While we wait on a few things before opening our doors, we want to highlight our produce from our farm! During the growing season, our produce comes from the Eco3 Urban farm up behind Lake Superior College. Can it get more fresh than that?

Along with the produce selection picked earlier that morning, we had a wide variety of plant starters that the farm wanted to donate to the community. We only had a couple left by the end of the giveaway.

Come by our Superior Street entrance tomorrow from 3:30 - 6:00 p.m. for a fresh produce sample from that morning’s harvest at the Eco3 Urban Farm. Weather permitting, we’ll have lettuce, green onions, dill, cilantro, and bok choy to give away!

Kelly is our artist on staff, and she is helping us bring the store to life. As the grocery team collaborates on how the store should look and feel, Kelly's expertise has been invaluable in steering our direction.

Weather permitting, we are expecting the farm to deliver us arugula, chives, radish bunches, and more lettuce!

Our first sidewalk giveaway was a success! We received our first produce delivery from the Eco3 Urban Farm today. We had fresh mixed greens and lettuce picked this morning for folks to stop by and try.

During the growing season, produce from the Urban Farm will be stocked at LNPK Grocery, just a six-minute drive away from where our food is growing. Can it get fresher than that?
