Nonpartisan elected leaders in Northeast Minnesota and Tribal Nations are invited to apply for the Elected Leaders Learning Cohort (ELC)—a six-session leadership series focused on data-driven decision-making, communication across differences, media and AI, and intergovernmental collaboration.

Open to mayors, council members, school board reps, tribal leaders, and county commissioners from across the region. Space is limited to 30 participants.
