The Resident Coordinator should have strong written and communication skills, along with strong computer and Tech knowledge. It is beneficial to know Google Office, Word and Excel.

The Resident Coordinator/PCA position is 3 days during the week and every other weekend. Some of the duties include scheduling appointments, passing meds, paperwork, taking residents to their appointments.

The every other weekend PCA duties will include passing meds, making the dinner meal, charting, etc.
