Vibrant Summit to be far bigger next year 6 Nations To Take Part In The Event - Kapil Dave | TNN

Gandhinagar: The 7th Vibrant Gujarat Summit, scheduled in January 2015, may not have the key driving force, Narendra Modi, if he becomes the Prime Minister. However, the scale of the event will be far bigger than it was for the summit of 2013.
For the first time, the group of partnering countries will extend beyond the usual two — Britain, Holland, Australia, and South Africa have confirmed their debut in the event. Japan and Canada will return to the summit. Officials say that a few more countries are likely to join as partners.
An official in the Gujarat industry department said, “Delegations from 120 countries are likely to participate in the event. The focus will be on the new theme, ‘Gujarat as the Platform for Doing Business in India’.” The official said that a new facility would be created under which investment would be facilitated in any part of India. He said that some of the themes from the previous edition of the summit would be retained as well.
