Such great people! They were moving from AZ to GA and it was an amazing journey from Conyers to Lawrenceville and a few places in between before finding their ideal home. It was an honor to help them make a HUGE life transition into multi-generational living.
Now they have a water view, greenery and actual trees plus shopping and ALL the things right around the corner. Im so blessed and grateful in their trust throughout the process. Cheers 🥂 and welcome to GA!

Congrats to my sellers and to the buyers! We got through the inspection process and we are moving forward. A couple more steps and we'll be closing at the end of the month. Let's GO!
A quick seller tip: Have it ready to go, get it truly ready for public view with a deep cleaning, fresh paint and touch-ups as needed.
We basically presented this as a Pre-Certified home! Ask me about it! Home warranty is also included for top peace of mind for the buyers which gave them the confidence to offer over asking price!
