Speaking of things not going EXACTLY how I planned.... It's not looking like the food truck is going to work out for our event. I'm super bummed but it was another lesson in what to do differently next time. My timeline for this project was about 3 moth and, turns out, I should have booked one around 3 months ago. Lesson learned! Sorry to anyone that is also bummed about this. BUT we're still gonna have a blast and there's some great local food near our venue if you get hungry!
