When creativity blooms, pastry becomes art. 🌸
For the latest P. C .T experience in Chicago, talented pastry chefs explored the theme of Summer Flowers, transforming seasonal inspiration into eye-catching desserts that celebrate color, texture, and craftsmanship.

Using Dobla decorations, Ravifruit Ambient Purees supplied by The Pastry Depot, Cesarin fruit specialties, and IRCA Since 1919 premium nut pastes, each chef created a unique interpretation of the theme, proving that great creations start with great ingredients.
