I seriously hate being the lazy bear in winter because it’s causing my back muscles to get stiff and legs spasms everything night!! I see a chiropractor very often and that’s the only night I officially get true rest… I’ve done epsom salt baths heated beds deep tissue massaging…. If anyone has other ideas throw them at me I stretch daily and busy working in the garden a lot too loosing weight like candy…. Help me properly make my muscles tired👀

We atleast planted tomatoes and marigolds, still bringing all the peppers in and out of garage along with herbs, my super hot peppers are still upstairs in the greenhouses until atleast mid June!
