In 2022, Aflac partnered with NeuroFlow to enhance our group long-term disability coverage with an innovative mental health solution. Since then, more than 42% of eligible employees engaged with NeuroFlow's well-being assessments resulting in proactive outreach from NeuroFlow's care team.*
NeuroFlow helps employees take control of their whole health by providing digital support through relaxation and mindfulness techniques as well as physical strength-building activities. The platform also identifies mental wellness concerns, such as anxiety and depression, through assessments and trackers before they negatively impact an employee's well-being and productivity.
