Real impact starts with heart, and our very own Denise Archer has shown us just how powerful compassion in action can be.
Last weekend, Denise helped organize the second annual Cody Buus Invitational Courage Snowmobile Ride. This three-day snowmobile ride benefits the Northern Lights Foundation, a local nonprofit that supports families with children facing life-threatening illnesses.
Denise and her husband helped spearhead this ride in honor of their friend’s son, Cody Buus, who passed away from cancer in 2022. This year, the event raised an incredible $461,747 for families in need.
Denise’s heart for others and her commitment to showing up for her community reflect the very best of Hailey Sault. We are grateful for Denise, for the impact this event is making in our community, and for the opportunity to support this cause as a sponsor.

Say hello to Paige Welle, our newest intern at Hailey Sault. She’s a junior at the University of Minnesota Duluth, double majoring in marketing and professional sales. Her love for marketing started back in high school DECA, where she saw firsthand how it can influence, connect, and make an impact.
