Fast Kidz Day #5!!! Warm-up lap, drills, resistance runs with large circle bands, obstacle course, toot and otto game, stretch and core! Another great day!🏃🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Fast Kidz day 2! (last week was cancelled due to incessant rain).
Warm up lap, Blackout Bingo with running drills, ran more of the turkey trot route, stairs, roll the dice and do the exercise that turns up!

Fast Kidz make up day!! Warm up, obstacle course, cone run, groups of 3 runs, endurance challenge. Chixken on a Hill!!
