Ballet Dubuque

What if you had a book of magic to bring your toys to life? In the ballet Coppélia, a young girl pretends to be a doll come to life. The story is told through pantomime set to music.

We are pleased to partner with the Northeast Iowa School of Music to perform in the L&MOP Concert Series at the Carnegie-Stout Public Library this Saturday, February 14 from 10-10:30am. This is a great opportunity to welcome preschoolers and other young friends to learn about ballet.

Two of our dancers will show experts of Coppélia to our library audience. The Heartland Ballet dancers are preparing to perform the full-length Coppélia ballet at the The Grand Opera House-Dubuque March 21-29.
