Tanisha Frazier serves as the Board Vice Chair of ElevateHER Network, Inc., where she brings strength, strategy, and vision to the organization’s leadership. She works closely with the Board Chair to drive strategic initiatives, assumes leadership when needed to ensure stability and continuity, and leads key projects and committees that advance ElevateHER’s long-term growth. Committed to excellence in governance, she also supports board development and recruitment, helping to build a powerful, mission-driven leadership team dedicated to transforming the lives of girls.

A licensed cosmetologist, cosmetology instructor, and owner of Styld To Perfection, Tanisha has built her career on the belief that appearance is deeply connected to identity, confidence, and performance. She understands that self-care is not vanity, it is empowerment. Through inclusive beauty services, mentorship, and hands-on workshops, she equips young girls with the tools to show up boldly, embrace their uniqueness, and walk confidently in who they are.

Her decision to partner with ElevateHER Network, Inc. was intentional and deeply aligned with her purpose. As a mother and industry professional, she has seen how mastering self-care can radically shift a young girl’s self-image and future trajectory.
