For those of you that don’t know, I recently completed the requirements to become a state referee for here in Iowa. Thank you and for giving me the chance to give back the sport!!

Hey everyone, I will be at Earned Not Given Barbell this Saturday the 11th from 3-6pm. If you’re a current client and want to come in and train together, discuss your training, or get some hands on critiques, swing in. If you’re not a client but want to come by and talk to current clients about their experience, talk to me about what I offer and see if we can work together, or just come out to ENG to get a lift in and hang out we’d love to have you. Feel free to bring a friend and the environment will be second to none no matter what!! If you’re going to come out and not a current member of ENG, make sure you follow the link below to sign the waiver and get a day pass. Like always, I don’t want money to be the reason you can’t train, so if that’s the case, message me and we will work it out! Hope to see a bunch of you there!!
