Cancer survivorship is not one-size-fits-all — and neither is our approach. 💜

At The Crocus Foundation, our program is designed for cancer survivors at any stage, whether before, during, or after treatment.

What makes our program unique is that every participant receives individualized, prescribed exercise programming developed with their medical history, current abilities, and personal goals in mind. We work closely with oncology providers and review each survivor’s health history to ensure their program is safe, effective, and tailored specifically to them.

Our goal is to help survivors build strength, confidence, and quality of life through evidence-based exercise and personalized support.

Exercise is more powerful than many people realize. 💜

Research shows that cancer survivors who engage in regular physical activity have a 29% lower risk of death from any cause compared to those who are inactive.

Movement can help improve strength, reduce fatigue, support mental well-being, and enhance quality of life during and after treatment. That’s why The Crocus Foundation is committed to helping survivors safely incorporate exercise into their recovery and wellness journey.

Every step, stretch, and workout matters.

As we reflect on an incredible evening at our 3rd Annual Gala: A Night of Inspiration, we are filled with gratitude for the sponsors who helped make it possible. 💜

Your support extends far beyond a single evening. It helps provide exercise-based cancer rehabilitation, wellness services, education, and whole-person support for cancer survivors throughout our community.

Because of your generosity, individuals and families facing cancer have access to programs that help rebuild strength, confidence, and quality of life during and after treatment.

To our Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Community Sponsors, thank you for believing in our mission and investing in the future of cancer survivorship in our region. We are honored to have you as part of The Crocus Foundation family.

Together, we are creating a community where no survivor has to face cancer alone and where hope, healing, and support remain accessible to all who need them. ✨
