Dublin location, Monday thru Friday, 5-9 p.m., $15 hr, clean office spaces, work out facility areas that include locker rooms, bathrooms, showers, disenfect surfaces, sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming. Cleaning of equipment not required.

Persons will perform commercial cleaning duties in an office/conference disinfect surfaces, pull trash, dust, dusting, vacuum, and clean the bathroom in Dublin. Hours are Monday thru Friday, 5-9 p.m. unless there are events, $15 hr.

This part-time position is for a working Team lead, who also is responsible for areas of cleaning in addition to the 6 member team that cleans the facility. A medical facility located off Olentangy River Rd, Monday thru Friday, 4:45 p.m. to 9:15 p.m., $18 hr. Responsibilities include managing inventory and scheduling laundry pickup. Night Manager

Job Position Description:
Manager responsibilities include learning all accounts in order to be equipped to oversee and be able to assist in training and motivating team members. Fill in of positions due to call off or open position with no assigned team member a requirement. All managers are working managers. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all staff stays on task and complete all assignments to ServiceMaster standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of cleaning principles and team management abilities. Hourly rate starting at $20hr, includes gas card with additional benefits to be discussed at interview.
Responsibilities
• Training cleaners on ServiceMaster’s standards, products, processes and procedures
• Oversees staff performance and ensures all assignments are completed in accordance to set task schedule
• Train cleaners on task schedules specific to individual accounts
• Perform inspections and give constructive performance feedback to team members
• Fill-in of shifts in case of call off or no shows
• Respond to customer complaints and request in a timely and caring manner
• Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
• Use proper PPE where required
• Ensure locations have appropriate chemicals and supplies
• .Must be able to communicate in English. Bilingual is a plus

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• 1-2 years’ management experience required with reference
