A birthday cake made for a strong young woman that is a fighter. If you are lucky you will meet people who touch your life for the better. That happened to me several years ago when I was lucky enough to meet this birthday girl for the first time. It was an honor to create this cake for her 15th birthday.

It has been a busy weekend but I had to share these gorgeous macarons that I created. They went out Friday for a sweet girl’s 12th birthday party.

FALL/WINTER Class alert! Columbus I am teaching quite a few classes this Fall at the Dublin Rec Center. Classes range from preschool - adult.

Some classes are:
- Macarons 101 - adult and teen classes (People have been asking me for years to teach this class. Now I have two classes on the schedule!)
- Intermediate Cupcake Decorating - Halloween themed
- Parent and me baking class - this is for the preschool kids who love to be in the kitchen with an adult
- Cake decorating (adults and kids)
- Cookie Cake Mini Camp where you bake and decorate your own cookie cake over Winter Break
