Over the years , has helped me recover mentally 🧠 and physically 💪. It’s helped me relax even when stressed or having a lot on my plate. It’s helped me focus 🧘‍♂️ and stay calm over the years too. It’s pretty neat doing float therapy to oxygen therapy. They’re very friendly towards veterans , health care workers , and first responders too along with free floats for veterans on certain days. They are worth it locally . Going to post more about small businesses including ones who help many heal ⛑️ 🩹 ❤️‍🩹💓. Definitely do research on these folks along with the benefits of float therapy! Time to float on ! 🫀🧠🫁

Recently, had a student show how to do a “make shift space blanket split/ triangle bandage” . Honestly, it’s a cool concept in my opinion because, it’s a good make shift medicine idea 💡 if you’re in a pinch low on supplies . A few of us in ems , nursing / health care , combat , contracting and etc been in situations where supplies is limited especially, in Warzones. Make shift medicine goes a long away especially in rural to urban environments or even prolonged field care. In my opinion, I think this is a game changer if you’re only running on limited supplies even an ifak, JFAK, or first aid kit . Even if you don’t have a space blanket or triangle bandage , you can improvise with bed sheets , clothes like sweat shirts , coats , safety pin 🧷 uniforms and the list goes on. Let us know in the comments below if you used improvised medicine in the field whether locally to overseas ! Does it work and should improvised medicine be taught in medical courses including trauma medicine ? Let us know and stay safe / informed out there ! 🫀🧠🫁
