352nd Field Hospital

The 352 Field Hospital will provide trained, equipped and ready soldiers built into cohesive units of action to meet the Nation’s expeditionary medical requirements at home and abroad as directed. To meet these requirements the 352 Field Hospital will operate under the Sustainable Readiness Model (SRM), unit readiness cycles and Commanders will develop effective training that will build operational success. Meeting SRM aim points requires Commanders to focus on the basics of unit management and training with a focus on individual readiness and training. Individual training must focus on DMOSQ, professional development and command requirements. Commanders must continue to reach the “P” to get after the “T” within their assigned METLs
