Congratulations to our Texas Sun Devils 10U Smith Fastpitch team for their amazing first-place finish at the NCS 3rd Annual Schools Out Bash this past weekend! 🏆🎉 They battled hard, going undefeated and spending a total of 15 hours at the fields on Sunday and 9 hours on Saturday. With a total runs scored of 49 to allowing only 14 to come across against us, they dominated the competition, culminating in a victory over a great DSTX team in the championship game! Special shoutout to Maggie for hitting her first over-the-fence home run, sending the ball flying at least 240 feet, and to Emory for an impressive weekend ERA of 1.033. Way to go, team! 🥎🔥

What a thrilling weekend at the Perfect Game Austin "The Bats of Spring" 12U AAA tournament! Our Sun Devils showed incredible tenacity, finishing as runners-up despite the challenges posed by fierce competitors and unpredictable weather.

Through rainstorms and numerous delays, the team held strong, achieving a commendable 3-1 record. The championship game was a heart-stopper, with our team battling through multiple extra-inning tiebreakers, narrowly missing the top spot with an 8-9 loss.

🔥 Highlight Player: Cameron Hartley was unstoppable this past weekend at the plate, going 7-9 with 5 doubles and racking up 7 RBIs. What a performance!

🎯 On the mound, Rocco Davila was locked in, delivering 5 scoreless innings, allowing just 3 hits and striking out 9 batters.
