For years, we allowed repeated cancellations from both temps and offices to continue without penalty. However, at the beginning of 2026, we made the decision to put an end to the ongoing stress and disruption this created for everyone involved.

As a result, cancellation fees now apply to both temps and offices, regardless of the timeframe. We understand this policy may not be popular, and we’ve had concerns raised about it. However, this change is about fairness and accountability.

It is unfair to offices that trust us to have dependable coverage in place, just as it is unfair to temps who rely on scheduled shifts to earn income.

We consistently communicate this policy through every booking confirmation and reminder we send. Our goal is to ensure everyone is fully informed.

At the end of the day, this is not about collecting fees. It is about honouring commitments, maintaining reliability, and preserving the trust we have worked hard to build over the years.
