Putting together lessons tonight for the cancelled classes due to Covid. I am not the best at recording myself! Ha ha! But I am always smiling when I am creating! Supply kits are on my porch and I will email the links to the lessons. Thank you for the inspiration to create Gratitude cards and boxes!

After serious contemplation, I have decided to cancel all classes at Create Bliss Art School for the next two weeks following the Governor’s mandate. I am trying to do my part to keep my family and my students safe. So for now, take a breath, settle in, and enjoy the time with your families. I will keep you posted as to how we will handle classes after Thanksgiving. Stay healthy! Stay safe! And thank you for understanding. Happy Halloween!!! It has been a spooky and silly delight this week creating in the new space! I just love what kids will come up with! And if you haven’t tried them... “Chalk Markers” are so much fun to use on pumpkins!

My art studio has found a new space once again! The weather has been so compliant in allowing my classes and camps to be held outside through the summer months and into the fall. But the snow is here! My indoor studio space is a little tight to space things socially distanced. My cute boys helped me clear out their tv room. And here we are! I can fit 12 tables all 6 feet apart. Each student will have their own table, space, and supplies that I will disinfect regularly. I have good ventilation and air flow and will keep the windows open. Everyone will wear a mask at all times while inside. Wow... I am not going to lie... this Covid thing has been a challenge for everyone in so many ways. I am grateful that I can continue to find innovative ways to keep my classes going. I have the most amazing students and families and am so grateful for continued support. My Fall 2 Session begins next week and will run 6 weeks. Register on my website!

Beautiful Lucy shared her birthday with Create Bliss Art School. She brought the most magical girls to come paint sunsets and silhouettes! And we were able to add a bonus- Golden Healer Service Dogs showed up with dogs in training to join the party! Awe... what could be better than Painting and Pups at a Party? It was a win win! The dogs got to be around the kids and socialize and the girls got to love on them as they wandered through the tables. Not to mention, my dog Gus got to see his brother! Gus has been a very special part of our family. My kids thought it would be a good idea to add a puppy to the mix 3 years ago when I was diagnosed with cancer. Somehow I said yes and he was the best decision I could have made. He provided his empathic sensitive emotional support to my family who was uncertain and scared about what the future would bring. Dogs are amazing!!! Thank you Mike and your family for providing such a beautiful service to so many in need. And thank you for celebrating your special day with me Lucy!! So grateful!!

Fall Classes at Create Bliss Art School begin Labor Day! There are spots available! I have changed the times with certain classes to best accommodate families and the many different learning plans happening this fall.

All classes will take place outside weather permitting. Each student gets their own table. It is a magical space and I plan on incorporating nature as inspiration as much as possible!
