Great weekend training with some amazing colleagues on Injection Therapy! Can’t wait to offer vitamin injections and even more pain relief for my patients!

I know life can get busy - but I always make time to take care of myself! Setting fitness goals and challenges each year helps me to focus and gives me a feeling of accomplishment! This year I’ve set out to join Timpanogus Hiking Company and complete their challenge of 20 hikes in our area! It’s a great way to not only stay fit but see our gorgeous mountains! We have an amazing outdoor playground at our fingertips - get out there and enjoy!!
