Does saying "no" to people make you feel kind of guilty and selfish ?
Does saying "yes" when you really wanted to say "no" make you feel resentful?

Boundaries...so difficult for those of us who value kindness and love to help! We need to be aware that boundaries protect the things that are of value to us. They keep us in alignment with what we have decided we want in life.

So when you don't feel happy with having said "yes" and you feel guilty when having said "no" - go back and look at what is of value to you. Then consider valuing yourself more next time and try how that makes you feel.
You know it is right, when "yes" feels good and "no" feels right, even if it takes courage to say.
