Got to hang with Dr. Art Mollen this week to record new episodes of the Hope You're Feeling Good podcast and talk about the upcoming 49th Phoenix 10K & Half Marathon Blast from the Past! This year it moves to the Biltmore and will be a blast. Start stretching and set your mind to it- registration is open for 5k, 10k, Half-Marathon, even a 1 mile Fun Run for the kids.
