This home suffered a fire, and my client trusted us to bring it back to life. we discovered a severely deteriorated cast iron trench. Instead of covering it up, we upgraded it. When a client trusts us with the entire project, we go above and beyond. My priority is simple, prevent future leaks, eliminate fire risks, and build it solid - bulletproof.

After years of experience in Boston, navigating the city’s busiest condominiums and delivering every required permit and document, we’re bringing that same level of excellence to the beautiful town of Haverhill.

This was a major leak repair. We completely removed and reframed the subfloor, replaced the drain, and built a properly pitched concrete base. We applied double waterproofing with submerged thinset technology and finished with epoxy grout. The result came out amazing. I was initially concerned about how the tile would look, but the accent turned out beautifully. Another happy client!
