Procrastination is expensive.

Not just financially…but mentally, emotionally, and professionally.

It has certainly cost me!

There were seasons where I delayed launching, delayed making decisions, delayed having hard conversations. Not because I didn’t know what to do, but for several reasons including wanting clarity before commitment and comfort before courage.

And delay costs.

It costs momentum.
It costs confidence.
It costs opportunities that don’t wait forever.

As leaders, we don’t usually struggle with vision, we struggle with ex*****on. We overthink. We wait for the “right time.” We polish instead of publish.

But I’ve learned better.

Momentum comes from moving, not thinking about it.

Clarity doesn’t come before action, it often comes because of action.

The moment I stopped delaying what I already knew God was calling me to do, things shifted. My confidence grew. My impact expanded. My results changed.

Leadership requires discipline over delay.

If there’s something you’ve been putting off, consider this your reminder:

Do it.
Start it.
Finish it.

Your next level may be waiting on your decision to stop procrastinating.
