Set Email Filters or Spam Filters - Xfinity Connect Help

Are you having problems receiving emails from us or in general? Do the following:

- Clean up! Most providers limit the amount of space to 10GB. Remove those old emails! Note: if you are using a tool like Outlook, you will need to to your provider website and do it there. Outlook uses a copy.

- Mark us as safe! You will have to look up your email provider on how to do this. These are the email addresses we use:

[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]

- Look at your Spam folder, make sure our emails are not there! :)

- If you are using filters, make sure our emails aren't going into another folder.

Our server is down for a moment. It is undergoing maintenance tests from our provider. We want to make there is nothing wrong with the server as it has rebooted a few times this week by itself.
