Here’s a look at how 2020’s Housing Supply vs Demand is comparing to last year. In DuPage county alone we’ve experienced -14% fewer homes come up for sale through October, while demand for single family homes is up over 16% from 2019.

At this stage, it does not appear the tight inventory situation will change anytime soon.
