!!! Stash & Accoutrement Sale !!!

Participate in our Fourth Annual Stash Sale! From July 1st thru July 31st we will take and sell your stash & accoutrements. The drop off period is from NOW through the end of July. The sooner you get it in however, the more time it has to sell. This was a huge hit last summer - don’t miss out!

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

Sort through your stash & accoutrements, bag and tag it (using our description cards), set your price and bring it to us. When it sells you earn store credit minus 20%. (That 20% covers taxes, fees, and shop labor).
We will assign you an account number that will be entered on your description cards. Please do not put your names on the bags or cards.
Package your items in such a way that people can clearly see what it is, have access to labels to read fiber content, yardage, etc. Zip lock bags would work well as they can be opened and shoppers can cop a feel 😉

What is considered stash? If it’s yarn, it’s stash! Do you have that hank of souvenir yarn you bought on vacation a few years ago and just know you’ll never use it? Bag it and tag it! Do you have a project in the works but have decided that it’s just not for you? Sell it now. You can either frog it or see if somebody wants to finish it. Make sure works in progress (WIPs) contain all the yarn and pattern to finish the project. All items must be clean (non smoking and no pets).

What is considered Accoutrements? Notions such as stitch markers, cable needles, etc., yarn bowls, project bags, needles / needle sets, books & small tools like swifts & winders. We will not be accepting spinning wheels, knitting machines or looms. Refrain from putting your grandma's books and needles in the sale, as those won’t sell.

At the end of the sale, any unsold items may either be picked up by you (by August 31st), or be donated to a charitable organization. The charities we are donating to are:

1. Christ Child Society in South Bend
2. Cass Co. Council on Aging
3. Harbor Country Mission

Let’s have some fun and earn store credit, you know you will want it in the Fall when new yarns come in 😎 I’ll be going through my stash and packaging it up as well. You know I have a lot 😎
