Claflin Youth Strength: Unleash Your Teen's Athletic Potential!

Claflin Strength Academy is specifically designed to give young athletes a competitive edge through a focus on core strength and conditioning principles. Our program delivers tangible results that directly enhance performance in their chosen sport.

What We Offer:
1. 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 (Core Lifts): Athletes will master the squat, bench press, and deadlift—the essential movements for total-body strength and power development.
2. 𝗢𝗹𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀: We safely introduce the clean and sn**ch using a progression-based method. These explosive lifts are unparalleled for developing speed, power, and coordination.
3. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗺 (Conditioning): Our training extends beyond weights to include work on strength, flexibility, agility, and endurance, ensuring the development of a well-rounded athlete.

𝗪𝗵𝗼: Dedicated Boys and Girls, Ages 12-18. We welcome young athletes of all experience levels—from absolute beginners to seasoned competitors.
𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁: $95 bi-weekly (ongoing)

Happy Friday, everyone! Time for 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆—our favorite day of the week to step back and celebrate our incredible community!
