Turbosound has by far the worst service of all manufacturers!!! I spent hours trying to work around a stupid chatbot to get absolutely NOWHERE!!! This isn't the first time we have attempted to get these addressed either.

5 blown monitors, IP2000 columns needding repair, IP300's needing parts! All of this gear has been sideline because of the company's inability to service it's clientele. Think twice before purchasing any product from this brand!!!
