Who is interested in creating a Kinder Transparent more Respectfull Dover. Im going to find a way to implement the following at the Dover City Council 5 minute Forum. 1st and 3rd Wednesday 7pm ANY Dover Citizen can have 5 minutes to talk live in person.
1) If the City Council can answer a citizens concern in 1 sentence, they must respond.
2) If a citizens concern or request is complicated the City Council must give a City department or employee that can assist them.

Who is coming to the next city council meeting? Presently, the Council refuses to communicate, acting like entitled Kings or Gods instead of a teammate. They advertised a "Workshop" and refused to speak. All over the country City Councils and Corporate America Townhalls, leaders answer basic questions on the spot.
