Jesus Deliverance Temple hosted a series of nutritional workshops. Discussion centered around the 5 food groups, budgeting, and portion control. Because of the workshops the attendees plan to increase water intake, decrease sugar consumption, and increase physical activity.
DESU EFNEP is in the building because that's what we do! We are in Harrington, DE at the DE State Housing Authority's Cancer Awareness Event. EFNEP is here to encourage our fellow community members to make healthier food and drink choices, exercise, and sign up for our absolutely FREE nutritional workshops that are held throughout Kent County Delaware.
