VBS Day 5. And that's a wrap on the VBS lessons. A huge "Thank You" to all of the volunteers who did preparation, provided supplies, taught lessons, etc... It takes a village to raise children and what a blessing this past week has been.

Come to our Sunday morning worship service for a taste of the Irish experience, and an encore presentation of some songs by VBS attendees. Sunday School starts at 9am, Meet and Greet snack time 10am, with church service starting at 10:30am.

We had lots of wonderful kids on Day 1 of VBS this morning. This year's VBS takes place in Ireland at Emerald Crossing where we are learning about Psalm 23. Today we watched a skit about an Irish grandmother and her American grandchildren who came to visit, we made bracelets with beads signifying all the verses in Psalm 23, played some Gaelic football, ate some snacks, learned about kids in Ethiopia who are in need of food, and sang together about who Jesus is - Our Good Shepherd!

Blessings to the Fathers (and Father figures). May you continue to do the best with the abilities that God has given you.

We had a glorious service today, fellowshipping with each other, honoring fathers, and rejoicing in God's hand on our lives.

Pastor Bob honored his father by using one of his outlines for today's sermon, "Portrait of a Father" focusing on 1 Corinthians 16:13-14. Key points:
