As for the challenge, starting tomorrow I’m going to work on my Max Sprint Speed metric and share my drills with you. On this challenge I’m going head-to-head against . Follow the page as well as a challenge goes on. Let’s see who can improve their Max Sprint Speed using the APEX Athlete series! We will try to get as close as possible to result of 36.42KM/H. I start from 31.76KM/H.
