4. Marketing 24268 Jerrico Road, Lincoln! Officially on the market - $840k! 5 bedroom/ 3?5 bath! (👀 Previous post!)
5. Market research on downtown OC for a new client looking for a rental condo! Waterfront appears to be a must. If any of my OC agents have a 🔌- I'm starting this search for this client! Fully operating rentals with 2025 rentals are absolutely considered!
