Homemade with love homesteads objective plan starts with buying a large piece of acreage 100 + acres of land to clear and build. Some of the buildings to be placed will be homes for family and friends who can be a great asset to the work that we will be doing at the homestead. The plan for all the homes to be mobile homes in various sizes depending on the need of the individuals living in such home. They will also be 10 mobile homes possibly a various sizes to accommodate sober living for people who are coming out of rehab and need a place to be able to continue their sobriety. A building to house a restaurant / function hall the restaurant should be staffed with people from the sober homes needing jobs and also people who are living on the homestead. The function hall will be used for various holiday parties birthday parties AA meetings church functions and any other things that we may need to accommodate. A large vegetable/ fruit garden and fruit tree orchard all of which can be used in the restaurants and in the homes of the people living on the homestead. A variety of areas for farm animals cows, horses, chickens, turkeys, ducks, pigs, goats, and rabbits along with all the homes barns and accommodations for such animals. A man-made pond for the ducks also with livestock fish and turtles for the use of swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and paddle boating. The livestock animals and fish will be used also for the restaurant eggs from the chickens and turkeys and ducks will be used also for the restaurant the people living on the homestead and living in the sober homes will also be there for the upkeep and help with animals. In ground pool also a school size playground for use of all of the people living on the homestead and in the sober homes maintained by people living on the homestead. Sandbox to be included and all kinds of playground equipment of every type for all sizes and ages. Dog park to be incorporated as we would like to open up the homestead to some shelters that need help we would like to place various animals in with the people living on the homestead and the sober home to give them companionship and to Foster said animals while awaiting adoption whether it be cats, dogs or any other type of animal we would also like to open up the homestead to fish and game wardens to be able to release wild animals in the back of the property towards the wooded area so they are safe and away from possible high traffic area. A farm stand placed near the road area so that we can sell fresh produce and any other type of things that might be made at homemade love whether it be farm goods ,jams ,can vegetables or whether it be crafty type items. We would like a philosophy it takes a village we are and we are that village. We also plan to have a ma*****na dispensary and greenhouse growing.
Outside of the restaurant we would like to have a very large area for grilling with all types of grilling options. A smoker, flat top grill, areas and outside seating. On the playground area we would like to make sure that there is a half basketball court, a baseball field with a walk around track, a sandbox and skate park. A RV parking spot for people living at homemade with love with rvs. A large garage for ATVs,golf carts and recreational vehicles. Fire pit area with seating.
