Sooooo the brain trust in NY thinks it’s a good idea to waste about 10 million man hours a year having NYPD officers filling out non sense paperwork to document every interaction with the public. This will harm officers’ relationship with the public and it is a colossal waste of time. NYPD officers should be out protecting the public and catching criminals, that’s what the public wants!
