We are excited to take part in the revival the old Ames building after 20+ years of vacancy. Dover residents will soon be able to enjoy the addition of a fitness center equipped with plunge pools - fully reinforced with 4000 PSI concrete, #6 vertical reinforcement 8" o.c. horizontal reinforcement double #4 top and bottom, and #6 midway.
