Weve been busy the last couple of weeks framing, strapping, sheetrocking, installing cabinets, flooring, timing and the list goes on. This little apartment is gonna be sweet for someone! Such a bright new space 🔥

We squeezed in a quick little side project for the kids and folks at SeDoMoCha School. A new area that now is VCT tile in their library. I'm not sure exactly what the plans are for it but they've been calling it their new dance floor lol, I assume if for a cool little circle.of seats but a dance floor sounds more fun.

Well.. here's to getting g rid of the rot !!! I said I'd show you more as the project went on. There has been LOTS of steps along the way so far, to keep that roof up and us safe lol . Today we got the crippled up 2x8x32' long beam up to the roof line !! It's lagged in and posted for the weekend !

Here's some nice ROT to look at. This was caused over time by the maine weather BUT it doesn't help it's been patched over time and time again by different carpenters to make it still look nice. We currently are working in this and have a good handle on the situation. 2x4 posts were made to specific lengths and POUNDED in to bring the roof line back up annnnd to get the weight off of the deck so we can rip it apart. More to come of this project!!

A while back I was asked to toss this together by the owner of the Belly of the Beast in Dover Foxcroft. We tossed it together to cover their smokers from the hot sun and rain! It's just a little added protection to make their jobs easier !

We had built an addition on this property and we built a big beautiful garage. Well they had this little shed out front that wasn't worth getting rid of so after we built the porch on it the owners decided they wanted it to match the rest of the property !!
