🌟Fri-Sun $125 an hour
🌟$625 for the entire day in 2023(most popular option) 9a-2a
🌟$750 for all day bookings in 2024
🌟$50 non refundable reservation fee
🌟$200 refundable deposit
The reservation fee and deposit are not included in the venue rental fees.
Must be 21 and over to rent and have valid ID with current address.

The venue rental includes 50 white Lifetime folding chairs, 10 6ft rectangular tables, 2 5ft rectangle tables, 1 4ft rectangle table, 6 60” round tables, and 7 72” round tables. Additional chairs are available at $2 per chair. Black or white linens and event lights are available to rent.

The venue has 2 unisex restrooms, a kitchenette that is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and countertop.
