ALL applicants applying must meet the requirements of Fox Rentals to be approved. Evictions or judgements, monthly income net NOT being 3 times the rental amount, and not viewing the property will result in an application denial. A background and credit report, along with rental history is researched for approval. The application process requires all adults residing in the rental home to apply and pay a fee of $35 before application is processed. False information on application is automatically a denial. Please inquire prior to applying with all questions you may have.
