Computer/Network Technician

*Computer/Network Technician responsibilities*
• Troubleshoot computer software and hardware issues and make repairs and perform scheduled updates
• Ensure that security software is properly installed on client computers
• Provide technical support to clients through various channels of communication
• Inspect cable lines to ensure that they are intact and working optimally
• Field questions from employees about software installation and hardware upgrades
• Build and install new computers

*Computer/Network Technician skills*
• Degree in Computer Science or related field (optional)
• 2+ years' experience in an IT support role
• Must possess a basic understanding of computer network cabling
• Background in server management (optional) and software installations and upgrades
• Exceptional customer service skills
