Please make sure you are checking your Omnipod supplies for recalls before shipping or using them. Insulet announced a voluntary medical device correction/recall for certain Omnipod® 5 Pods due to a manufacturing issue that may cause insulin delivery problems. (Omnipod)
If affected, some Pods may have internal tubing tears that can cause insulin leakage and under-delivery of insulin. (Omnipod)
